I created this not-for-profit organisation to inspire, educate and empower people with fibromyalgia syndrome, chronic pain and chronic fatigue to learn new and creative ways of coping with their daily symptoms.
As a sufferer of fibromyalgia for over twenty years, I discovered how essential it was for me to find ways of achieving a life that is well-balanced, well-paced and well-managed, in order to successfully manage my condition and function effectively and happily in my daily life.
